Tess Brook is a communication and change management consultant, coach, and mediator. She specializes in coaching, team building and developing leadership competencies in the areas of communication, decision making and managing change. Tess is passionate about facilitating effective communications and change.
Tess has managed internal change management and communications projects in the banking, finance, medical, construction and mining industries. During her time in the construction and mining industries Tess has held roles such as Knowledge Bank Coordinator and Web Services Manager for Bechtel Mining & Metals Global Business Unit and Lead Document Controller.

As a consultant Tess's focus has shifted to going beyond "the process" or the way to do things to developing the individual, teams and company "soft skills" in core competencies areas such as decision making, managing change and communications in order to enhance leadership, enable fast knowledge transfer, shift cultures from blame to outcome focus and to enable individuals and organisations to be become conflict literate.
