  • Originally a background in school teaching, curriculum development and education consulting.
  • Lectured in teacher education for 25 years in various Australian Universities.
  • MA and PhD from London University.
    ? Author of several books and numerous international journal articles.
  • Co-founder and editor of an International Journal and National Journal.
  • Public Speaker in the areas of professional and personal leadership.
  • Undertook leadership training with The On-Purpose School for Leaders in the USA.
  • Developed a passion for the areas of personal leadership development and training since 1991.
  • Life Coaching Accreditation from The On-Purpose Partners (US) and Future Achievement International.
  • Has conducted On-purpose Programs, corporate training and individual mentoring for the past six years.
  • President, BNI 2002 (Business Networking International), Gateway Chapter, Brisbane
  • Has runs a 35 week Personal Leadership Course for Men for the past five years.
  • In 2000 retired as Senior Lecturer from academic life to establish On-Purpose Life Academy. He has now trained eight Associates (On-Purpose Partners)
  • Edward has been married to Angela for 35 years and has wide and varied interests including family, music, boating and sport.
