About the On-Purpose Life Academy

The On-Purpose Life Academy (PTY LTD) is the training arm of On-Purpose Partners and is affiliated with US Partners (On-Purpose Partners), established by Kevin W. McCarthy from Orlando, Florida. The Academy has the only licence to operate the On-Purpose® Programs in The Asia Pacific.

The On-Purpose Life Academy was established to expand the work of On-Purpose Partners by offering training in:

The On-Purpose Training and Certification Process

Below is an overview of the training and certification process for On-Purpose Associates.  Module One and one other module are essential requirements depending on whether the Associate wishes to specialise in Life Coaching or Business and Executive Coaching.  We find most of our Associates prefer to undertake training in all areas.  There is a special financial incentive for this.

Training Outcomes

By the completion of the Training Programs you will be able to:

• Operate as an On-Purpose Certified Coach (Personal, Workplace/Executive and Business).
• Apply a broad range of coaching skills to The On-Purpose® Coaching Programs.
• Facilitate and lead clients through The On-Purpose Coaching Programs® either one-on-one or in small groups.
• Expand and sharpen your skills as a coach, trainer and facilitator.
• Facilitate The Power of Your Purpose One Day Program.
• Facilitate The On-Purpose Business Person Two Day Program and follow-up workshops.
• Facilitate The On-Purpose (TOP) Performer Program.
• Facilitate seminars and workshops at conferences.
• Present a range of talks on 'Being On-Purpose in Life and Business' and Leadership Issues.
• Understand and communicate how the various programs, products, training services and tools can empower personal and corporate leadership in organisations and individuals.
• Understand On-Purpose Partners and The On-Purpose Life Academy Licensing System and how you can build a successful business using their products, services and systems.
• Understand the lasting impact that The On-Purpose Processes can have on the lives of individuals, families, organisations and the community.
• Understand (and apply) the On-Purpose Process to your own life and further realise that ON-PURPOSE IS THE DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE WHO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
• Understand that the on-purpose coaching skills and processes are all about BUILDING PEOPLE AND BUILDING ORGANISATIONS- ON PURPOSE ®.

Coaching is no longer just an industry, but a highly sophisticated profession.  Our Generic Coach Training Programs are in the process of being accredited. They are also based on the International Coach Federation (ICF) Coaching Core Competencies. The following certification will be offered.

• Graduate Diploma in Business Coaching
• Graduate Diploma in Life Coaching
