1.1 The TOP Performer Workshop (A One Day Workshop)

This program is new to Australia in 2005.  The term “top performer” usually describes someone who works hard, delivers results and exceeds expectations.  Top performers excel in their careers and are sought after by industry-leading organisations.

In this program, participants will encounter a new definition of “top performer”.  While it’s true that “top performers” work hard and deliver results, and exceed expectations, there is something more to it.  They are also motivated by the satisfaction that comes from being “on-purpose” – they understand how they fulfil the needs of others and they find meaning in what they do. They take their job to the next level by thinking like the owner of an organisation.

The objective of this program is to help participants find meaning in their work to the benefit of themselves and the people around them.

1.2. The On-Purpose Business Workshops

These comprise of a one day workshop (or two half days) with between five and eight two hour follow-up /implementation workshops.  These workshops focus on the implementation of the On-Purpose Service Model.  A series of guiding questions would form the basis of these workshops in order to facilitate effective outcomes.  These centre on The Four Pillars of an On-Purpose Business and the Service Model and are incisively designed for proactive outcomes.  In all, there are 54 questions to guide the development and implementation of the On-Purpose Service Model TM within the business context. (See Appendix 1 The On-Purpose Business Performance Indicator). The major goals of these workshops are:

  1. To assist SME’s to review and redevelop their strategic plan.
  2. To assist the organisation to build effective and efficient practices/teams based on the Four Pillars of an On-Purpose Organisation and the On-Purpose Service Model.
  3. To assist the team leaders to implement the principles of the TOP Performer throughout their areas of responsibility.

These workshops differ from the TOP Performer Workshops in that they are aimed at developing On-Purpose Organisations and Teams whereas the TOP Performer Workshops focuses on individual productivity and performance.

1.3  The On-Purpose Person Workshop

This one day workshop is designed to empower individuals to become On-Purpose in life and to align their life to their purpose. Its focus is personal but challenges individuals to develop their own life plan within the context or work – ideal for work/life balance.

For many people, life is filled yet unfulfilled.  Others find themselves pulled in a thousand different directions while they live up to other’s expectations. Many people today are looking for a clearer focus on the things that matter most.  Because of the stressful nature of work, people want to reduce their stress levels and achieve peace of mind.  In an age of meaning, there is an increasing desire for people to know that they are making a difference and that their life is aligned to their purpose. Nothing is more powerful than knowing your purpose and living it out seven days a week.

This workshop is unique, inspiring and profound.  Come and learn how to make sense of your life. As Socrates said “The unexamined life is not worth living.”  (Appendix 4 TOPP Workshop)

1.4  The MAXIMIZERS Personal Leadership Workshops

This one day workshop (and 10 optional implementation workshops) is specifically aimed at developing personal leadership.  Based on the book Achieving Authentic Success by Dr Ron Jenson, and the highly acclaimed programs developed by Future Achievement International and Future Achievement Australia, participants will learn how to apply ten timeless principles to their professional and personal life.

These timeless principles are best remembered by the acronym MAXIMIZERS.
